 Meet Our Team!
Bill Erickson – Bill is the founder and owner of Erickson Marine. For over 10 years, he has worked to bring together a group of experienced and trustworthy professionals to ensure his customers are happy with their boat buying experience.
Prior to forming Erickson Marine, Bill worked for Wellcraft Boats for 20 years, leading their worldwide distribution network as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Wellcraft, Bill was employed by Mercury Marine and Caterpillar’s marine engine development division.

Bill not only works with boats, he plays with them, too. As part of a boating family, Bill can often be found fishing and boating for fun in local waters, the Florida Keys and the Caribbean Islands. He lives with his family in the Sarasota, Fla. area and has done so for over 30 years.
Chris Erickson – Following in his dad’s foot steps, Chris joined the family business in 2001. When he’s not on location learning the ropes from his father and the other knowledgeable Erickson team members, Chris is working diligently to complete his college degree.
Chris has been around boats all his life and has inherited his family’s love for the industry and respect for the needs of Erickson Marine’s customers. |  |
