The 23SC is an amazing boat. Don't let the age fool you. This boat was in the dry heat of Arizona for the past 20 years until moving to Florida 3 months ago. The MerCruiser 7.4L EFI has been well maintained and is super smooth with a recent drive service. She gets on plane fast with a top speed of 50 MPH. This boats rock solid construction is ideal for water of all sizes. There is plenty of space for storage and includes an integrated table for sharing lunch on the water. The brand new GPS/Fish Finder will keep you on course. The ski pole can pull the kids in tubes for family fun.  The bimini top will keep you cool in the summer and you can close off the bow to keep you warm in the winter. A full canvas cover keeps the boat sealed up when storing outdoors. Dual axel trailer is solid with a new jack.

Manufacturer Provided Description

The Cobalt 233 combines luxury and performance in a cuddy. The 233 seats six comfortably in the cockpit. Wide, deep, and accessible, the cabin door is tinted and curved, sliding effortlessly and locking securely in both positions. The spacious cabin features a V-berth sleeping two and seating several more. Overhead, a round hatch spreads the moonlight, and a screen admits a breeze. The 233's helm station is elegant and functional. A leather steering wheel with tilt is standard, as is a depth gauge. A fully upholstered dash puts information and control efficiently at the captain's fingertips. 233 owners may add an illuminated compass, a premium sound system, rosewood panels for the dash, and starboard windshield wiper. A porta-potti is standard on every 233, and a pump out head and head with macerator are optional. Snap-in carpet with rubber backing establishes a balance between comfort and easy cleaning, and a color-matched convertible top protects everyone and everything underneath. Indirect lighting contours the cabin. The upholstery is rich, stylish, with handwork and precision stitchery. A center cushion conceals the head. An optional galley includes sink and a single-burn alcohol stove. A Sony sound system with four waterproof speakers sends music across the water, and two built-in cockpit coolers stockpile a day and night's worth of food and beverage. Exclusive Cobalt flip-lip bucket seats are standard. The 233 relies on a fiberglass stringer system to deliver all the traditional strength of wood with less weight and less susceptibility to time and water. Cobalt design and construction features include: completely hand-laid hull with the exclusive Hydrolam process - multiple layers of mat and woven roving and four days cure in a flawless mold, the application of a Kevlar - E-glass hybrid over the entire length of the keel, strakes, and chines, and the 952 buffback gelcoat with its clarity and sheen. The 233's extended running surface means sudden planing, stability in rough water, and tight and true turns. Choices among engines and outdrives include single and coaxial, counter-rotating props powered by MerCruisers or Volvos ranging from the economical 235-horses of the Merc 5.7-liter Alpha or the Volvo 5.8-liter to the 330-horse Volvo 7.4 GIDP or, at the top end, the Merc 502 EFI MP-Bravo 3 with its 415-horsepower at the prop. The 233 is backed fully by Cobalt's warranty: 10 years on deck and hull; five years on engine, stern drive, intermediate housing, gauges, steering, power trim and tilt, electrical and fuel delivery systems. The 233's gelcoat is warrantied for two full years against fading, crazing, stress cracks, air voids, and blisters. The upholstery is guaranteed for two-years against any defects in materials or workmanship, as are the lighting, seat mechanisms, hinges, canvas, stainless steel and other hardware, and aluminum frames.
